I bougth this mobile phone. In Brazil, mobile phones sent by mail service don´t pay any kind of tax. In India, the mail service is offered by Speedpost India.
Therefore, the seller didn´t told me the item purchased would be sent by courrier service. There is nothing in the item´s page about it.
In Brazil, the courier service itself is charged by two taxes: import tax (60%) and add value tax (12%).
The problem is worst. The courrier service company, named DHL, charged me R$ 43,00 by "administrative services". I was charged again by the delivery service!!!! Twice!!! The seller already paid US$ 70,00 for DHL. But DHL is charging me two government taxes and this administrative tax!!!
