I ordered DHL to sent the item back ... then, I was robbed!

  • Now, I show the dispute opened on Paypal. Please, see that the seller changed idea! The asked me to sent the item back, but he argued the dispute just after he promised to get refund.
During the Paypal´s analysis of the dispute, the seller ordered DHL to delivery the item to someone else!!! I guy named Rodrigo received the item on April 18th (DHL told it on his site).

Paypal don´t give me the reason. Paypal didn´t do nothing! Despite of the seller´s promise of full refund! 

I was just robbed by Randeep, with help of Paypal! So, now, I appealed the closed case on Paypal.

  • 14-04-2011 07:16 PDT - Buyer: The seller didn´t told me the item would be sent through courier service. His site doesn´t tell customer about this. The ordinary mail service doesn´t charge import tax, added value tax and administrative services tax, as DHL did (total: US$ 158).The seller agreed with me, and he promised I would get full refund.In order to do this, I would tell DHL to sent the item back to the seller.On april 13, 3:27, using an eBay message (#260758469339), the seller told me: "Dear Bruno,I am not in a position to pay DHL. Please return the shipment. You will get your refund. warm regardsRandeep Singh Arora"After the message above, I told DHL to return the item immediatelly.I considered the dispute solved and I told DHL to send the item back to seller, in order to get my refund. Now, I am waiting to get my full refund. I hope the seller carry out his promise.
  • 14-04-2011 06:26 PDT - Seller: The courier charges have already been paid 100% in advance by seller. DHL always takes payment in advance for International shipment. There is no post payment procedure in them. The charges which buyer is asked for, are the local taxes in his country which he has to pay. If he does not pay, the item will be destroyed by the Local authorities there itself as per the rules on ( Non paymeny of taxes/No claim ). We have been informed by the DHL on this. It can be verified. Buyer is asking me to pay the local taxes of his country which is not possible at all for me and i never gave this commitment. I committed the courier charges and the item and i did that. I also used the best courier company DHL. The shipment number was given to him immediately. The item cannot come back unless the tax authorities are given the payment by him.
  • 11-04-2011 12:39 PDT - Buyer: I paid US$ 169 for a mobile phone plus US$ 70 for shipping, the total is US$ 239. Therefore, the seller sent the item using courier service, the shipping are being charged again. It wasn´t informed by the seller. I´m retracting the purchase. The item was sent back to the seller because it was not received by the buyer.
